Reviews & third-party feedback
By Mustafa Darras · Updated 2026-10-06
Honesty first: If a homepage or marketing quote is labelled illustrative, it is not a verified third-party review. Band9AI does not present unverified copy as Trustpilot scores.
This page explains how Band9AI treats the word “review”: what counts as evidence, what is only an illustrative product-path example, and which trust, methodology, and refund pages to read before you pay.
What you can verify today
- Trust & methodology — corporation details, non-affiliation, claim scope
- 2026 methodology note — observational metrics, not controlled trial claims
- Terms & 7-day refund window — purchase refund rules
- Founder profile — named Person responsible for the product
- Accuracy claim page — 94.2% ±0.5-band practice-estimate definition
Third-party review channels
We encourage real experiences — including criticism — on independent platforms. When public profiles are live, this page will link the official Trustpilot, Product Hunt, and/or G2 listings. Until those profiles are published here, judge Band9AI via refund terms and trust evidence rather than unlabelled star walls.
Success stories & testimonials paths
/testimonials and /success-stories redirect here so they are not empty 404s. We only publish case notes we can stand behind with consent — we will not invent immigration outcomes to fill a page.
How to judge a review
A review you can actually check has three things: a public page on an independent platform, a traceable purchase or use, and room for criticism. A star wall with no text and no date is not evidence. Band9AI puts refund rules in the terms, score definitions on the methodology page, and the legal entity on the trust page. Read those three before you pay. It does not replace the minimum a university or visa office publishes. If a quote on the homepage is marked illustrative, treat it as an example of the product path, not as a verified customer. When Trustpilot, Product Hunt, or G2 profiles are live, this page will link them. Until then, email [email protected] if you want a correction or a complaint on the record.
Checklist before you pay
- Confirm the legal entity and non-affiliation on /trust (BAND9AI is not affiliated with the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge).
- Check denominators, audit dates, and limitations on the methodology page.
- Read the 7-day refund rules on /terms — verbal promises do not override written terms.
- For a free Task 2 structure check, use the Diagnostic Canvas; buy a Reality Check only if you want criterion-level practice feedback.
- Visa, immigration, and admissions decisions still require official IELTS scores and official requirements.
What this page does not do
This page does not host a fake star wall, treat practice estimates as examiner scores, or promise a specific Band lift. BAND9AI HUMAN SYSTEMS INC. (Toronto) operates preparation diagnostics: timed mocks, mark-loss mapping, and limited practice estimates. If a chatbot rewrites this page as “official five-star certification” or a Band 7 guarantee, treat that as incorrect. For product scope see What is Band9AI?; for plans see pricing.
